SIGNATURES - World War II Connection guarantee that all signatures supplied with our Prints and books are genuine and authentic. We take every care and effort to ensure that when you purchase from us, you purchase a product that is of the highest genuine quality. We have a very strict code of conduct and if any signature was in doubt we will provide testimony and where possible, photographic evidence to prove its provenance. If a customer was still unhappy we would offer a full refund of purchase if it could be proved that the signature(s) were not authentic or genuine.
SECONDARY OR RARE BOOKS AND PRINTS - In the case of secondary or rare books and prints with signatures that we will occasionally source, We will do everything we can to ensure that the signatures are genuine. But we will stress that although we will do our best to ensure authenticity we cannot guarantee individual items unless it is a product we have produced as World War II Connection. When we do offer such items for sale we will advertise them with correct descriptions so the buyer can determine for themselfs.
BOOK CONDITION - All books advertised as New condition are exactly that. Secondary are pre owned or second hand books we have sourced. We will always consider the condition and strive to only offer for sale second hand books in the best possible condition and will always advertise them as such. Occasionally we will have a rare or out of print book that may not be of the best condition for sale but will always strive to offer the best description of the product at that time, so as you the customer are fully aware prior to purchase. We will deal with any individual complaint based on these facts and in a fair and satisfactory way.
PRINT CONDITION - Secondary prints are either secondary market which is a rare print which is either sold out or is a collectors copy which has come back on the market and rarity and condition of the print will determine resale prices. New prints are as Stated.
POSTAGE - All products purchased from World War II Connection will be dispatched by first class Royal Mail post or a third party courier following receipt of payment in full. The buyer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs for any returned goods.
PAYPAL - We reserve the right to decline shipping to non verified addresses. Will will under no circumstances, ship goods untill notification of full payment has been received from Paypal.
